This Spring we're seeing new trends transpire in the way we're styling properties for sale. Some aligned to general interior trends and others that are a result of the increased time we've spent in our homes this year.

Warmth, Comfort & Light

This Spring is all about creating a home you can imagine yourself retreating to.  This is achieved through layering textures, featuring natural materials and adding colour. Through the strategic placement of furniture, lighting and window treatments, we can also create the perception of a lighter, more open space. 

Work Spaces

With more people working from home and flexible work arrangements here to stay, many buyers are looking for a dedicated work space in their home. Our team is very creative and highly skilled at identifying areas that can double up or be repurposed as a home office. 

Less is more

Again, shaped by the year that’s been, people don’t want to see extravagant or overdone spaces. Pared back luxury and simple, everyday living are what buyers are looking for. There's a fine line between a lifeless home and one with subtle character that allows the buyer to imagine themselves living there, our stylists are adept at striking the right balance. 

Colour

Neutrals will always be a property styling staple but we're also including more colour in our current styling installations. Earthy tones and colours that reflect nature are some of our favourites as they promote a sense of comfort and encourage buyers to relax while viewing your property.
